Notre Dame Australia - Library FAQs

When do I have to pay my library fines?

Library fines do not have to be paid until the total balance due is $20.00 or more.

Once you owe the Library $20.00 or more your borrowing rights will be suspended until such time as you have cleared the total balance due.

Balances of $20.00 or more that have not cleared by the end of each semester will result in your statement of academic results being withheld, until such time as you have cleared the total balance due

Balances are not cleared at the end of the semester or the year.

Arrangements vary between the libraries about how to repay the debt so contact the library you normally use to clarify this.

To check the balance of your account:
Go to My Account in the Library Catalogue, enter your Student ID number or the barcode from your student ID card and view the Account Overview page
