I can't access the databases off campus, what should I do?

Please ensure that you are accessing the databases, ebooks and ejournals from the Library Catalogue, we recommend you don't use bookmarks, since the vendors update the web addresses to these resources from time to time.

When accessing the electronic resources off campus you are generally required to log in using your Webmail username & password, there are however some resources that require individual passwords.  A list of these is available in the student file server.
 
If you've forgotten your webmail password or receive a 'username or password is incorrect' message, please contact your IT Helpdesk to have your webmail password reset.
 
If you are still experiencing problems, please submit an Access Support Form
